內容簡介：
由資深娛樂新聞女主播黎芷珊主理的星級清談節目《最佳男主角》，每集請來在電影圈獨當一面的男演員作真情對話，剖開他們鮮為人知的一面，乃至從未於任何媒體公開過的演藝、生活、情感點滴。芷珊的「最佳男主角」名單「卡士」強勁，包括劉德華、劉青雲、吳鎮宇、黃秋生、張家輝、梁家輝、曾志偉、謝霆鋒、古天樂、鄭伊健、任賢齊與梁朝偉，粒粒巨星每晚都跟大家盡訴心中情。
從構思到首播，《最佳男主角》的籌備與製作時間長達一年，主持黎芷珊期間幾乎「碌爆人情卡」，邀得歌、影大忙人劉德華、多年沒有亮相電視節目十分文靜的梁朝偉、絕少接受專訪的謝霆鋒、近年深居簡出的梁家輝等影帝級人馬「出山」相助亮相螢幕。芷珊還會悉心替嘉賓們安排愜意的專訪場地，讓他們以最放鬆的心情打開心扉、暢所欲言、言無不盡……
節目中，芷珊和識於微時的星級嘉賓無所不談，敏感尖銳的問題直搗其他人不敢觸碰的禁區。劉德華曾向《神鵰俠侶》拍檔「小龍女」陳玉蓮表白？「偉仔」對於離世父親一生留憾？霆鋒對愛情與親情可有嶄新體會？秋生坦承自小有讀寫障礙！芷珊與兩位「前度」- 鄭伊健與梁家輝，又有甚麼難忘的共同回憶？此外，眾位「男主角」都會自揭一個沒在任何場合透露的秘密，為節目倍添意想不到的驚喜！
