警隊轄下的特別任務連(SDU)，俗稱飛虎隊，除了支援警隊部門偵查刑事重案、潛水搜索，還肩負非一般重要任務，如對付持有重型軍火、窮凶極惡的悍匪、恐怖分子、國際性活動的保安工作或出任政商要人的貼身保鑣等，隨時面對生死。
黑白面教官 麾下出猛將
負責領導飛虎隊行動組A Team的指揮官展瀚韜，對下屬要求異常嚴格，不時安排艱辛的體能訓練，確保隊員體能處於顛峰狀態，足以應付徘徊生死邊緣的艱巨任務，是典型「魔鬼教官」。
瀚韜與槍法如神、工作投入認真的下屬－ 狙擊手莊卓源堪稱「最佳拍檔」。一方面由瀚韜這鐵面無私的「黑面」教官鞭策飛虎隊員；另一邊廂，又有圓滑的卓源扮演緩和緊張氣氛的「白面和事佬」。
